Client Questions
We are available to discuss your needs Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, Eastern Standard Time, as well as after hours as agreed.
Our primary focus is the greater Atlanta area, but we have clients all over Georgia and can also assist local clients with out of state needs. If you have a technical recruitment question, please contact us.
We have built up an extensive network of solid candidates over the years as well as having access to all traditional recruitment resources.
Our primary focus is on full time permanent placements, but we also support contract and contract-to-permanent solutions depending on the needs of our clients.
For full time placements, we'll agree on a competitive fee percentage based on a candidates first year annual salary, and for contract solutions, we have some of the most competitive mark-ups around. Unless you specifically request a retained search, all of our searches are free of charge until the ideal candidate is located.
We have an informal conversation with the client about the current needs either by phone or in person, agree on terms and get started on the search immediately. As the process moves along and candidates are presented, we set clear expectations and coordinate the process until the right talent is located. Learn More...

There is no cost to candidates for using our services. We help clients find candidates, as opposed to helping candidates find jobs. If we have something for you now, we will move the process forward and introduce you to our clients. If not, you will go in our database and be contacted for future opportunities that could be a good fit.
